THe Burning of the Rose

burning roses in the darkness...  who hurt you this time?  will you bow before another tyrant?  cynicism is your king now   
I. sweet innocence,     waisted on a thorn     locked in a car;     in a sister;     with a child.     did you cry?     did you bleed?     did you starve?     or did hte moon take care of all,     and drip hot bloody tears on the tin     of a metal prison     where you forgot your nectar,     and learned to let others

the beginning of creationIn the beginning, there was Eternal Beauty, and this is the creator of all things. Raindrops plunged rom secret waterfalls hidden in the universe and collected in the petals of a beautiful and lush rose where the earth was a seed formed by the dewdrops. The secret of the rose, and then of beauty itself, is that it's flesh can die, but the memories and love there last beyond the measure of time. Beauty captured in a poem will forever remain in that one instant because life is breathed into it and makes it immortal.   
As the drops fell and collected in the rose, magic seeped into the seed of the world and instilled Wonder. From this the beginning of creation
